How to book

We've changed our booking procedure slightly for 2019, please read before downloading the new form

We now have two ways of booking, electronically or paper based. if you would rather print your form, download the PDF form and print and post it to the address shown on the form.

If you prefer to use email, download the Word file save it with your name as the file name and email the completed form to the email address shown on the booking form.

You can pay by online directly from your bank account or send us a cheque, whichever is easier.


Please use the name of your bank account as a reference so we can link payments to booking forms.

We hope this will make booking easier for everyone.

Use this form if you be filling out the form electronically and emailing it to us. This  should open in most word processing programs.

2019 Drum Camp Program

We are in the final stages of creating our wonderful three days of drumming, singing, dancing and frolics in the same wonderful place as last year.   When we're sure about whats happening on which day we'll put  the program up here.

2019 Dates

Thursday 13th to Sunday 16th June

Please arrive after 4pm on Thursday.

We will have covered areas for drumming if we need them, simple kitchen facilities, toilets and plenty of space for camping or vans under 3.5m length. We don't have access for caravans but there are good sites nearby.
